[feature request] User namespace support

gost supports network namespaces: https://gost.run/en/tutorials/netns/

It would be great if user namespaces could be supported, so any app can be "proxified". For example, https://github.com/v-byte-cpu/wirez is another Golang project that offers something similar.

Is that possible or out of scope of gost?
