"Check out OSHC journal in red text on home page isn't visible/obvious

I find the red thin text hard to see. Perhaps put a block background behind text or somehow make that text prominent? Button??? has no solution

Tried making the text larger, thicker, moved up. Thought about using a button, but since it takes you somewhere instead of doing a thing, a link made more sense.

Question: Should this go to downloads? Should this go to Evidence?

I do think it should go to the download page.
and I'll vote for the button instead of the link in this case.
