Styling should match between services.
Changing your avatar is funky, and already people have accidentally changed the company's avatar (as one example of the UI funkiness).

Will need closer to when more than 2-3 companies start to use this...

cc @ericbenwa the non-React UIs were things I just created to serve the purpose of being there. Wanted to plant a seed for you in case we wanted to design something newish.
