How does this work?
Is wizard loading all the variables and present them during setup process and no dialog screen is skipped or are dialogs with provided data skipped?

Wizard asks only for things not already configured before (either by earlier wizard run, or pre-filled config file). If one wants to re-configure everything, the config needs to be removed first.
