[Question] About Geospatial API usage quota

i want to know that about api usage limit.

100,000 requests per minute

This seems to be the number of APIs that can be used per minute, but I would like to know at what API call timing.
If it is called when re-localizing the anchor at 60 fps, I think only about 30 people can use it at the same time. Is that so?
