Describe the problem
I just found out that the auto translation fails to translate all the course to portuguese. I tryed clicking the auto translate button on the top of tha page and select Portugês Brasil from the drop down list, but nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Go to... Codelab 5
2. Click on... Language menu on the top of the page and select Portugues Brasil.
3. See error... Auto translate fails and the whole webpage stays in english. Nothing happens

Versions
Android Studio version: using Microsoft Edge 130.0.2849.46
API version of the emulator: N/A
