Environment information:

AGI version: 2024-3.3.3
Host OS: [e.g. Linux] Windows
If tracing on Android:
Device model: samsung SM-X710 - Android 14 API 34 - Qualcomm Adreno (TM) 740
Android Version: Android 14

Bug description
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
'Open Trace' button does not working.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to capture frame
Press 'Open Trace' button after almost 1 frame
It does not work. Error message is 'No compatible replay device found. Please plug in a compatible device and refresh the list'

Please attach the generated gapis.log and gapic.log files you will find in the temp folder (e.g. /tmp/ on linux).gapic.log
