[FR] File Locations in SPDX SBOM for language packages #45

The file location is not present in SPDX output. It would be useful to have this information in the SPDX SBOM to id files and figure out where it's installed within the filesystem.

Right now it's in the package "sourceInfo" field as unstructured data. In Syft there's a files section alongside packages, where the "filename" field has the filepath in structured form.
