UserInputApp footer has gap on mobile screens with wp menu is hidden

Bug Description

The User Input App footer has a 36px gap to the left when on mobile designs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Reset the plugin and set it up to see the Key Metrics setup CTA.
2. Select "Get Tailored Metrics" to enter the UserInputApp.
3. Resize the window to the mobile breakpoint so that the WP menu disappears from the left side switching to the mobile hamburger menu
4. See the bug with the gap on the left of the footer next to the cancel footer panel.
