Test count incorrectly doubled in report #1138

Describe the bug
Test count listed as 78 instead of 39 below.

Expected behavior
Test count should reflect the number of tests.

Error logs
QSC QIO-L4O v9.13.0-2412.002.zip

Environment (please provide the following information about your setup):

Version: 2.1

Additional context
We ran a subsequent test on the same device (below) and the count was correctly displayed as 39/39.

Just in case it's useful for seeing the occurrences of the incorrect test count, a colleague caught this screenshot after the first test (top right).
