Suggestion: move "Displaying a list of notes" to step 26 from 27 #7

Dear PolymerLabs,

Thanks for the EXCELLENT tutorial.

Please consider moving "Displaying a list of notes" from step 27 back into step 26.

That would have helped me verify that the code for "26. Query and persist Firebase" was working before moving on to "27. The finishing touches".
