Required dependencies should be installed when upgrading, and not when the mod is being added

You should also be able to specify blacklisted dependencies that should never be downloaded or should be replaced
(basically #127)

Just leaving this as a note for future me: Instead of resolving the latest compatible version of the mod, just check the project's categories and versions fields.
Also once this issue is resolved, optional mods will only be installed if specified.
