[Feature Request]: Default the permissions on the settings.yaml file to 0600

Feature Request

Please make the default permissions on the settings.yaml file 0600. This doesn't add a lot of security, but at least makes it slightly harder to grab passwords or tokens. Better would be to store them as encrypted, of course, but 0600 is a good start.
