Docs: I looking for an mimir with Kafka setup documentation

i going through this ingest_storage configs and https://grafana.com/docs/mimir/latest/configure/configuration-parameters/#ingest_storage
and this runbook here many things added about troubleshooting steps when the kafka enabled https://grafana.com/docs/mimir/latest/manage/mimir-runbooks/

The panels in the dashboard are vertically sorted by the network path (eg. gateway -> distributor -> ingester). When using ingest-storage, network path changes to gateway -> distributor -> Kafka instead.

but we need the full setup documentation why introducing Kafka in the flow and how to setup.

What is the solution that you would like or the expected outcome?

so it is easy to test this approach in our environment

Infrastructure: Kubernetes, deployment tool: helm (manifest .yaml files)

This feature is currently under development and we don't recommend to run it. Documentation will follow once the feature will be stable.
