Auth: Allow container to expand when using custom methods #121

While adding Sigv4 as a custom method, I realized the container for it had fixed width and would not expand if the content was wider:

I worked around it by adding a container class with the following:

sigV4authContainer: css`
  &> div {
    max-width: 100%;
  }
`
