Documentation Needing Updates

Consider adding Related Documents to other documents. Ref: Job.addLog.
Look for references to the job-add-log and jobAddLog. Replace with jobLog and job-log.

Changes required when v2.0.0 is published:

Rename Job.setProgress to Job.updateProgress.
Event.error needs to include Queue.id in its signature.
Queue.reanimateJob needs to be created.
Event.reanimated needs to be created.
Review number of tests for Readme.
