Additional flexibility is needed to allow forecasting and MSEs to to incorporate:

Rceattle function

  • projected variation in growth wt-at-age
  • projected variation in foraging days

MSE function

  • implementation error in MSE
  • Select range for selectivity/catchability of hind cast to use for forecast
  • Input future sample-size/sd for survey and composition data

Fixed MSE code to deal with 2-sex models

Updating data for 2sex models wasnt working. Fixed
Need to address #55 now
