This wasn't carried over during the move to Docusaurus as it wasn't compatible, so we have the auto generated one by default. Example: https://goteleport.com/docs/bleh/ vs our old one, https://github.com/gravitational/docs/blob/main/pages/404.tsx.

@mmcallister I started some work on this, then I realized this was already marked as In Progress. If there's already progress here, ignore. Otherwise, here's a nice swizzled 404 page on the TSwientek/improved-404 branch @ 8e16e37
