What did you do?

I installed org-utf-to-xetex.

What did you expect to happen

To be able to edit and export my Org-mode files while offline.

What happened instead?

Every text file I create using this package includes a header that initiates a connection to GitHub to fetch a file that's already on my system.

I don't think it was mentioned.
