this doesnt work when i test it on say:
http://ads-blocker.com/testing/

i still see all the ads.
am i doing something wrong?

There is a 250x250 ad (which is non-standard) and the skyscraper ad
(160x600) is inside an iframe that is a non-standard size.

The way this plugin works is it looks for ads of a certain size and it will
replace them.

The former ad should be easy to add as a size if you look at the code. I'll
add it if I get a chance today.
