Reproducing our results

All the figures in this paper can be reproduced by following these steps.

1) Get the code in either of the following two ways.

a) Clone the repo and check out the version submitted to PNAS.

git clone https://github.com/gsbDBI/adaptive-confidence-intervals/ --branch v1.0

b) Or download and unpack this zip file https://github.com/gsbDBI/adaptive-confidence-intervals/archive/v1.0.zip

2) Follow the instructions in experiments/README.md.
