Demonstration URL is no longer working #118

The Demonstration wiki page has a link to http://formhandler-perl.dotcloud.com/, but that page now just redirects to https://cloud.docker.com/ .

So the demo no longer works...

Feel free to close the issue at will. (I'm awaiting approval to become a member at the google group to post this here now here before I forget)
