On Ubuntu 23.10, the build command "yarn" is called "yarnpkg" so the build instructions should mention that. (There is a "yarn" tool which tests scenarios on Unix.)

Just for context, we need to rip out and rework the build system for this repository, probably by copy-pasting a new Vue-Electron template instead of the old one Chirag copy-pasted. I went through and tried to update things manually once (i.e,. fix this template) and almost had a mental implosion.

I would not recommend trying to update Yarn in this repository unless you want to end up with severe mental problems. Instead, just redo everything
