I would like to get the latest Gtk+ runtime for GtkD, but the ones provided here https://gtkd.org/download.html need admin privileges to install on Windows OS.

Unfortunately I don't have the admin rights and therefore I request if you can provide the latest Gtk+ runtime as zip file along with installers on this page: https://gtkd.org/download.html. Thanks in advance.
