Do not modify or override default cursor behavior

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, hugo-profile is set to modify the cursor in several areas:

It would be nice if these were removed in favor of default behavior of the browser functionality.

This would mean that a link would always show the default pointer. Context menu would not appear, since there is no contextual use of the context menu on the site at all on any of the details.

Remove all specified cursor options in CSS.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have done this to my own site already, and I believe it looks a lot more professional.

Happy to create a PR, but, would be good to have some of the existing open PRs pulled in, as otherwise, there will likely need to be rebases done against the main / master branch.
