Nokia XS-010X-Q doesnt get ip from ONT

I changed the serial number, vendor and the mac of my ont. I am getting a solid green light form the fiber however i do not get a public IP. Connected to UART, i get the following message. It references something with omci, that number afterwards is the same after each reboot when connected to my ISP. What can i change to fix this?

edit: The gpon status is showing O5, which i believe is the OLT looking for a password.
