Right now it's basically impossible to work on the codebase without the dev creds, as you need:

Airtable creds w/ the automations and an unspecified base schema
A GitHub app w/ unspecified perms
An OpenAI API Key
A Redis setup
A Slack app w/ unspecified settings
Turnstile setup
The Hackatime admin token, which requires you to setup an instance of Hackatime

Unfortunately, setting up these services requires a lot of guesswork - would be great to have a development guide so we could set them up ourselves

Hmm, I also think if someone could add it, it will help a lot. As no one will add us on the vercel team due to high risks.
