Sandra: When a user first brings GVT up it is forced to select a tool scope. What about if the user don’t have a tool scope and wants to log on to create one? The current flow is not a smooth and not easy to explain for doc purposes.
Rob: I just want to log in to pick my test scope but I can’t. If for some reason the tool needs a tool scope then it should be already selected (i.e., Generic).
Also, will Generic ever contain anything? Or is it just a landing place?
If so, then we need to change the name to something like “NIST Home”, “GVT Home”, “NIST Default Page”, “NIST GVTG Home”, etc.
