用户可以自定义四则运算的题目：包括有几个操作数，每个操作数范围，几个运算符，有无余数，结果范围。

例如，1位数100以内连续（4个）乘法的规则是：[1..9] x [1..9] x [1..9] x [1..9] <= 99
