how to get onTouch x,y on the real image pixel

I need more or less the same request. I need to move the camera on touched point. So, how can I calculate the Yaw and Pitch values from touched X,Y considering the current FOV?

I tried to use camera.Rotate method with:
StartPoint -> Touch position
EndPoint -> Center position

but does not work as expected.
