v3.0.0b8 Released + Major Documentation Upgrades

ManiSkill v3.0.0b8 is released! There are a few breaking changes (namely things called cfg have been renamed to config). Upgrade by running

pip install --upgrade mani_skill

Major Changes:

• New DM Control style humanoid tasks have been added
• New shader configuration system and massive refactoring of some naming conventions. Particularly now in maniskilll, any time you see cfg, we now conventionally name as config instead for consistency. Previously both were used. this may cause some breaking behavior in your code
• Added floating robotiq 2F robot hand and some demo code for how to model that kind of gripper with drives on the GPU
• Removed an old robot from most table top tasks and for harder table top tasks the default robot is now a panda arm with a wrist camera (2 cameras in total)
• Massive improvement in documentation. There are now more docs on API/classes/functions exposed to users like the BaseEnv class or ManiSkillScene classes. Moreover, the documentation now makes it explicitly clear which version of the docs are you on (e.g. latest for latest git commit, or v3.0.0b8 for that pinned version)
