Hi,

I have encountered an issue when upgrading from an older version to the version 7.2.1 against a MSSQL version 2016.

The migration task https://github.com/hapifhir/hapi-fhir/blob/master/hapi-fhir-sql-migrate/src/main/java/ca/uhn/fhir/jpa/migrate/taskdef/ForceIdMigrationFixTask.java#L71-L109 appears to execute the trim against the sql server. However the trim function is only possible from version 2017 or higher.

Note: if you start from a empty database without data the migration succeeds.

The website references to 2019 but there are some code references to version 2014
https://github.com/hapifhir/hapi-fhir/blob/master/hapi-fhir-jpa/src/main/java/ca/uhn/fhir/jpa/model/dialect/HapiFhirSQLServerDialect.java (comment)

Can you clarify the minimum required version (mssql extended support included) or would a fix in the migration script suffice?

Thanks!
