double click to create text

It's annoying to click the text first than click the content area every time I want to create a text,
it's better to create the text when double click by default I think.

Since impressionist supports (intends to support) multiple media types, a double-click may not be the most appropriate pattern. however, I am working on remembering the chosen media type so that the user needn't click the text / picture every single time to add objects.
