Update the subject line for email notifications

Problem

The email subject line includes "Hedera Transaction Tool" for each notification type. This information is redundant as the sender column also includes a reference to the email bring from "Transaction Tool." The subject heading can be consolidated to include the action the user needs to take.

You can see in these examples, the sender information is not repeated in the subject line of the email.

Solution

Remove "Hedera Transaction Tool" from the subject line of the emails.
