Sometimes, for some people, they might find current scheme of developers' community || chat quite frustrating and misunderstood or they wouldn't get to find materials to learn from. Therefore, it would be good to greet new comers of chat and introduce a series of commands that can be useful for them like /useful which may possibly contain introductory materials.
