create a query config file, which includes the authorization header
headers: X-Hasura-Admin-Secret: SomeSecret authorization: Bearer SomeJWT

The authorization is being encoded incorrectly

That is what is expected, you asked for this aye?

headers:
  X-Hasura-Admin-Secret: SomeSecret
  authorization: Bearer SomeJWT

That is the correct decoding of that object to JS, can you elaborate further on the issue?
