Integrate with auto-form

It should be nice to integrate the WYSIWYG editor with the auto-form package. Then you could easily add this editor by calling {{> afFieldRich}} for example.

Thanks again for creating this Meteor wrapper package. In the meantime the summernote authors have accepted the PR to summernote supports Meteor officially.

Maybe raise the issue on that repo?
