The release https://github.com/he4rt/scylladb-php-driver/releases/tag/v1.3.11 exist but the https://github.com/he4rt/scylladb-php-driver/blob/v1.3.11/CHANGELOG.md doesn't state what was changed.

Most likely Setup Docker ScyllaDB cluster with and without SSL certificates is missing?
