Come up with a better way of referring to the CDE

We currently use the form "Filename: filename_1.json". There isn't enough space in the Dug interface to store the full path name, but this should be enough to find the file in the shared Box folder -- but we should probably use the .xlsx name instead of the .json name.

Eventually, we will be able to replace this with a link to the CDE on the HEAL CDE website somewhere, so I'm not sure if this is worth doing in the interim.
