Separate lists of packages for 12 and 13 #101

Looks like we need separate lists of common packages for 12 and 13 since not all packages are available in both versions. Some packages that are in 12 got removed, moved into base, or renamed in 13.

Examples:

  • drm-legacy-kmod (What is its replacement in 13?)
  • iichid (13 has this in base)

Deleted (not specific to 12) a few weeks ago.

13 became huuuge... compare the download sizes. Need to analyze why this is.

Incidentally, 13.0 is no longer -CURRENT. Re: https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.0R/schedule/ and https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/ there's now stable/13, and so on.

I'm on 14.0-CURRENT for everyday use.
