[UX] Anchor navigation on detail pages

Hello,

I just noticed that there are no ids assigned to the h1, h2, h3, ... headlines rendered from the README.md files. This means I cannot link to the configuration section on hub.helm.sh (https://hub.helm.sh/charts/stable/traefik) but can do so on GitHub (https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/traefik#configuration).

Would it be possible to render these? I haven't looked into the code yet but I'd assume you do some Markdown parsing so it may be as easy as changing a parser configuration. IMO UX would be improved by this change.
