"Featured project" (launched and popular)
"Actively recruiting projects" (interesting new projects)

How should we address this on homepage?

An easy idea is to just replace the "featured projects" at the very top with "featured projects that are actively recruiting". Could also filter it down to projects that were created in the last 30 days too.

This will only work well if project owners actually update their project info... left a note about it in discord.
