Describe the bug
Bot replies to ":help" when used outside of fixed-width formatting.

I'm not sure this is generally a bad thing. Maybe there are cases where users expected it to work. But since the bot tells you to use fixed-width and this user didn't expect it, seems like bad behaviour?

To Reproduce
Example: https://www.reddit.com/r/vim/comments/jm6u1h/new_to_vim_what_is_the_correct_way_to_navigate/gatigk2/?context=10000

Post text:

I was unaware of :help so that's very useful also. Thank you.

Expected behavior
User didn't expect bot to reply:

Edit - sorry for invoking the bot in my replies, I didn't realise that would happen.

Actual behavior

Help pages for:

:so in repeat.txt
