Both of the listed JavaScript packages haven't been updated in years. Is there something better now?

I do not know any other JavaScript API client.

If you are feeling lucky, you could try generating one using https://github.com/MaximilianKoestler/hcloud-openapi?tab=readme-ov-file#usage-with-openapi-generator

@theDanielJLewis You could use pulumi with typescript/javascript and integrate the hcloud provider.
