"Time tracker" to be availble to be started or stopped by an user (ex. Admin) for other user

It occurs frequently the situation when an user leaves the office without stopping the tracker. It would be very useful that another user - admin/manager - can stop the tracker for that user.

I am not sure if this will solve the core of the problem, the user not caring about his time tracking, but yeah, shouldn't be a huge thing to implement.

Meanwhile consider our android app, so the user can stop it as soon as i remembered it's still running.

App propos app: I am using the iOS (at least trying to use it. I set up the plugin, configured the rights etc. The app connects to my redmine, it shows running trackers but I cannot start or stop or edit anything on my phone - every button is gray and without function. But as soon I change something directly in redmine (start, stop,comment, Ticket etc.), it shows in the app. But in this state, the app is „read only“. Am I missing something?
