Nothing happens when I try to launch it #6

Literally nothing happens when I try to launch the .exe. Nothing appears in Task manager.. Nothing appears on screen. I've tried all the compatibility options and launching as admin.

Any idea what the problem is? Maybe missing something I need to have installed?
