Check Cache front page
Check Cache feeds: site, categories, tags, comments
Check Cache SSL (https) requests
Check Cache URIs with query string variables
Uncheck Cache 404 (not found) pages
Check Cache requests only for <siteurl> site address
Check Don't cache pages for logged in users

Check automatically prime the page cache
Note: the value here matters! 86400 seconds is 24 hours, which is a safe, daily refresh, 604800 is a week, which is useful for less frequently updated pages.

Hit the site once to help it build its cache. Verify it works by visiting a few times after, using webpagetest.org or gtmetrix.
