Cannot view all STX blocks within most recent tenure #1893

Describe the bug
When enough STX blocks are showing up that it requires the "+N blocks" button to be displayed, the button is not clickable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://explorer.hiro.so/blocks?chain=mainnet'
If there are more than ~10 blocks listed, see "+N blocks" and try to click.

Expected behavior
Clicking the first "+N blocks" shows the rest of the blocks.
