How can I stop a transaction manually? #1565

I call a contract function and broadcast it with stacks.js, but after 13 hours it still in mempool. I can't broadcast any other transactions. If I broadcast another transaction, I'll get an error: ConflictingNonceInMempool. Can I stop it manually？ The txid of that transaction is 0xbdbe1b6f9b1d8d614aa7867fc23dcf20cca596dfd549ad9877aa762321aa0234 .

The fee is too low, when I increase the fee, the transaction runs well.
