New disks in array no grub #11

There is a problem, if you add new disks into pool they don't have grub installed therefor after server restart os goes to grub rescue with error:

error: attempt to read or write outside of disk 'hd3'. 
Entering rescue mode...

How to install grub into newly added disks?
